- Please arrive at the office/ticket counter/bus station 30 minutes before departure to complete boarding procedures. - No food or smelly food is allowed on the bus. - No smoking, drinking alcohol, or using stimulants on the bus. - No flammable or explosive materials are allowed on the bus. - No littering on the bus. - No noise or disturbance on the bus.

- Children under 3 years old are free if they sit in the same seat/bed as their parents. - Children 3 years and older pay the adult fare.

- Comfortable, spacious beds with air conditioning - Safe journey and friendly driver - Free Wi-Fi, charging ports, and warm blankets. - Restroom stops are permitted.

- Cancellation 48 hours before departure: 20% fee; cancellation 48-24 hours before departure: 50% fee; cancellation less than 24 hours before departure: 100% cancellation fee. - No refunds or exchanges for successfully paid tickets during holidays and Tet (Lunar New Year). - Total baggage weight must not exceed 20 kg. - The bus company does not accept pets/animals.
