Meet at the Mường Hoa paragliding launch site, approximately 12 km from Sa Pa town center. Shuttle transfers from central Sa Pa can be arranged — ask when booking.

What to bring & wear

Wear closed-toe shoes (trainers or hiking shoes — sandals and flip-flops not permitted). Dress in comfortable layers; the valley can be cool at altitude. Leave bulky bags behind; a small secure pocket for your phone is fine.

Safety

All pilots hold certified tandem paragliding licences. Equipment is inspected before every flight. A ground crew monitors conditions throughout. Minimum age 8; weight 30–100 kg. Flights are never launched in unsafe wind conditions.

Weather & flight season

Accepted Answer

Flights operate year-round from the Mường Hoa launch site. The best wind window is typically morning (08:00–11:00). Sep–Nov shows golden harvest terraces; Mar–May shows fresh green growth. Fog and heavy rain may delay or ground flights on the day.

Cancellation

Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. If the flight is grounded due to weather, you will receive a free reschedule to another date or a full refund — your choice.
