Cancel 7+ days before: 100% refund. Cancel 3–6 days before: 50% refund. Cancel within 3 days or no-show: no refund.
- Full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance.

- No smoking inside the stilt house
- Keep shared spaces clean
- Limit noise after 10 PM
