- Cancel within 72 hours (3 days): 100% charge

- Under 6 years old: Free (maximum 1 child/room).
- From 6-11 years old: Surcharge of 50,000 VND/child/night (shared bed, including breakfast).
- From 11 years old and above: Considered as an adult, surcharge of 150,000 VND/person/night (sharing bed, including breakfast).
