Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation more than 240 hours (10 days) before check-in date: Refund
- Cancellation between 120-216 hours (5-9 days) before check-in date: 50% refund
- Cancellation within 120 hours (5 days) before check-in date: No refund
House Rules
- Use the room only for the number of registered guests.
- Maintain cleanliness of the room and common areas.
- Do not make noise that disturbs surrounding rooms; do not use portable speakers, etc.
- Do not bring strong-smelling foods into the room, for example: durian, jackfruit, seafood, etc.
- The use of cooking equipment is strictly prohibited.

- Breakfast service time at the restaurant: 07:00 – 10:00
- Room rates do not apply to holidays/festivals (surcharges apply according to regulations at that time).
