Konke Ruộng Farmstay is one of 12 farmstay models designed to reflect the rich culture of wet-rice agriculture (Cultural Farmstay). Located at the end of a village road, it offers a unique experience as you walk through terraced rice fields and pine hills at an altitude of 1,100 meters, giving you the feeling of enjoying both a miniature Northwest region and a little Dalat in the still-pristine Mang Den Town of Kon Plong District, Kon Tum.
The entire farmstay was designed and built completely by hand, without machinery, flattening, or land alteration, in order to preserve the natural landscape and ecosystem of the soil and forest. When staying here, you will find only fresh air, wild nature, and peaceful silence — far removed from noise, vehicles, and karaoke.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 7+ days before: 100% refund. Cancel 3–6 days before: 50% refund. Cancel within 3 days or no-show: no refund.
- Cancel 7 days before check-in date: refund deposit (30%)
- Cancel within 7 days prior to check-in date: no deposit refund
House Rules
- Maintain general hygiene, limit the use of plastic bags and non-biodegradable plastic items
- Keep quiet in the courtyard, especially in the evening
- Do not use loudspeakers or loud sounds; encourage light music, meditation music, acoustic guitar
