What You Need to Know
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation more than 72 hours (3 days) before the service start date: 80% of the total service price will be refunded.
- Cancellation between 48 hours and less than 72 hours (2-3 days) before the service start date: 50% of the total service price will be refunded.
- Cancellation within 48 hours (2 days) before the service start date: No refund will be given.
- For public holidays, Tet (Lunar New Year), and special services as regulated by the State: Customers are not entitled to a refund in any case of cancellation.
