Chày Lập Farmstay is nestled by the gentle Chày River, amidst the lush valley of Phong Nha - Ke Bang, and is one of the first farmstay homestays in Quang Binh. Originating from the community tourism model, this place still retains its rustic and rural charm despite being professionally developed since 2016.
The space has over 40 rooms divided into Farm, Garden, Mountain Room areas, designed harmoniously with nature: stone walls, tiled roofs, gardens, fish ponds.
Chay Lap is an ideal place to "live slowly": cycling through the countryside, kayaking, steaming with forest leaves, relaxing by the pool, and enjoying rustic dishes such as braised fish, eel porridge, grilled skewers... are very unique experiences, only found in the countryside of Quang Binh.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 7+ days before: 100% refund. Cancel 3–6 days before: 50% refund. Cancel within 3 days or no-show: no refund.
- Cancel before 192 hours (8 days): free
- Cancel from 72-168 hours (3 days - 8 days): 50% of the total booking value
- Cancel within 48 hours (2 days) or no show: 100% of the total room rate
House Rules
- Do not use speakers and sound-emitting devices in the resort area
- Do not bring pets, food, and drinks from outside into the resort
Special Requests
- Please provide your ID card/Passport (personal documents) for check-in procedures
- Please notify in advance if you need early check-in or late check-out (additional charges apply)
- If you need to add an extra bed or use a baby cot, please inform the consultant in advance for assistance.
- Third person surcharge/extra bed (from 12 years old and above): 400,000 VND/person/night
- Children aged 6-11: breakfast surcharge 120,000 VND/child, sharing bed
- Children aged 12 and older are considered adults
