What You Need to Know
Terms & Conditions
- Age & health condition: Suitable for visitors aged 12 and above. Requires stable health, capable of light movement in the forest. Not suitable for people with heart disease, high blood pressure, or pregnant women.
- Clothing & personal equipment: Wear hiking shoes, breathable clothing. Prepare swimwear, towels, hats, and personal drinks.
- Skills or experience required: No specialized trekking skills required.
- Safety policy & companionship: Follow the guide's instructions when going to the forest and swimming at the waterfall. Do not separate from the group or enter dangerous areas on your own.
- Additional notes / special limitations: Mountain weather can change quickly; the itinerary will be adjusted if necessary to ensure safety. Not suitable for those prone to sunburn, have difficulty moving, or fear heights.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancel 360 hours (15 days) prior to departure date: 50% fee.
- Cancel within 360 hours (15 days) or no show: 100% fee.
Child Policy
- Under 12 years old: not recommended to participate due to outdoor activities and frequent movement.
- From 12-15 years old: must be accompanied by an adult and supervised throughout the journey.
