What makes this experience unique?
This journey is not only about trekking in the forest. It also includes quiet moments for meditation and slow activities during the trip. After walking through forest trails, the group usually stops near streams or waterfalls and spends some time sitting quietly, focusing on breathing and the surrounding sounds. The environment is calm, often with only the sound of water and insects in the forest. All meals during the trip are simple vegetarian dishes shared together at the campsite. Because of this structure, the pace of the journey is slower than many outdoor trips in the Central Highlands.
What you'll get to experience with us
The 2-day 2-night journey takes you into the pristine natural world of the Central Highlands, where you will trek through lush green forests, practice silent meditation to find peace in your soul, and enjoy vegetarian cuisine that is pure and delicate.
