Not recommended for people with cardiovascular, respiratory or severe bone and joint problems. - Personal clothing & equipment: Long-sleeved clothes to protect against itchy plants & insects, swimsuit, high socks, small backpack, hat, glasses, sunscreen, insect repellent. Dry bags and trekking shoes are not required but will be more convenient to bring. - Experience: No trekking experience required; only basic physical fitness is required for hiking and participating in water activities. - Safety & companionship: There is a guide, safety assistant and service staff accompanying the entire journey. - Additional notes: At the end of the trekking section, there is a steep slope that requires caution; guests can borrow shoes for free (size 37–45) but should prepare their own shoes to ensure a comfortable fit.
