- Age & Health: From 8 years old and above, good health; not suitable for people with serious underlying conditions such as high blood pressure, heart disease, asthma, epilepsy, calcium deficiency...
- Clothing & equipment: Moisture-wicking sportswear, trekking shoes, lightweight backpack 3-4kg, hat, insect repellent, personal medication, phone, power bank.
- Skills/experience: No specialized trekking experience required.
- Safety & companionship: Always follow the group, obey safety guidelines and regulations in the forest.
- Ideal time: Spring (January - March) and Autumn (September - November).
- Book a tour: At least 24 hours in advance.
- Vegetarian/food allergies: Please inform in advance for assistance.
- Schedule & weather: Can be adjusted according to the weather and the group's physical condition.
