Start the morning with a gentle and exciting bike journey with a local guide. You will be picked up at the hotel and taken to Tra Que vegetable village, where the lush green vegetable fields welcome the first rays of the day. This is the liveliest moment of the locals, as well as the most beautiful moment to take photos and feel the peaceful atmosphere of Hoi An countryside. Leaving Tra Que, the journey continues through rice fields and gentle rivers towards the ancient town of Hoi An. Along the way, you will stop to buy local bread for breakfast, with a vegetarian option available. The final stop is a small corner by the river, where you can enjoy breakfast and sip on a Moka Pot coffee brewed by the guide (who is also a barista). In the tranquil space, you will hear interesting stories about Vietnamese coffee – a close, gentle, and emotional experience.
