What you'll get to experience with us
Workshop brings the experience of making delicious and creamy flan cake - a harmonious combination of sweet caramel layer, smooth flan, and fluffy sponge cake base. Under direct guidance, you will step by step complete the cake-making process, from preparing ingredients to finishing the product. At the end of the class, you will take home a 14cm diameter flan cake made by your own hands - a sweet and proud achievement.

    Participants are introduced by the guide to main ingredients such as eggs, milk, caramel, flour, and specific techniques for making Gato Flan cake - a smooth cake combining sponge cake and flan.

    Practice mixing & shaping cakes1h
    Under the guidance of the chef, you will personally beat eggs, mix flour, pour into molds, and create an attractive caramel layer. Each step is carefully instructed to ensure the cake achieves a smooth texture and standard flavor.

    Baking cakes & experiencing the flavor1h
    The cake is steamed or baked in the oven until it is golden brown. The whole group waits together, admires the finished product, and feels the sweet fragrance spreading throughout the Tadaa Workshop space.

    After the class, everyone enjoyed the cake made by themselves, shared their feelings, and took commemorative photos.
What You Need to Know
Terms & Conditions
- Age: From 6 years old and above - Clothing: Neat, comfortable clothes; apron encouraged - No baking skills required, with guided support throughout the class - Safety policy & companionship: Do not touch the stove or steamer without a guide - Additional notes / special restrictions: The cake can be upsized according to demand (extra charge for ingredients). The experience time includes both the time waiting for the cake to ripen and cool.

- Cancel for free before 144 hours (6 days) - Cancel after the deadline or no show: 100% charge
Child Policy
- Children under 6 years old: Need adults to accompany - From 6 years old and above: Can participate under the guidance of staff
