This journey tells a "from market to table" story in Cu Chi, where every ingredient you choose continues its journey through your own hands. From the rhythm of the rural market, the lush gardens, to the kitchen and the cashew nut processing craft, each step connects into a closed loop – allowing you not only to enjoy, but to truly understand the value of labor and local culinary culture.
What you'll get to experience with us
The journey takes you away from the city to experience the rural life of the Southern countryside. Starting from Viet Kieu market - where you explore local trading life and select fresh ingredients, the journey continues to Clean Vegetable Village in Cu Chi with activities such as farm visits, harvesting vegetables, and learning about sustainable agricultural production models. You will directly participate in a cooking class with local chefs, prepare and enjoy lunch from the ingredients you harvested. In the afternoon, experience the traditional cashew nut processing: roasting, shaping, making cashew nut cakes, and packaging products. A complete day to live slowly, learn, and appreciate the value of local labor.

On the way, the guide provides an overview of the local life, culture, and agriculture. Visit the Overseas Vietnamese Market, explore the seafood, fresh meat, and dried goods stalls, learn about the local people's trading practices, compare prices, and shop freely if desired.
- 209:30 – 10:30 | Visit Clean Vegetable Village Farm in Cu Chi1hYou are welcomed with purple tea, equipped with baskets, scissors, and conical hats to explore the farm, visit the livestock area, rice fields, vegetable gardens - mushrooms, learn about the uses and directly harvest raw materials in the garden.
- 310:30 – 13:30 | Cooking class & Lunch tasting3hJoin a cooking class with local chefs, practice cooking 3 main dishes and 1 dessert, enjoy the results, and receive a certificate with cooking recipes.
- 413:30 – 15:00 | Experience the cashew nut making process & End1h30mExplore the traditional cashew nut making process, practice roasting and shaping cashew nuts, experience making multi-seed cakes, and packaging the finished products. At the end of the journey, the car will take you back to the hotel.

- Cancel before 48 hours (2 days): No charge
- Cancel from 24-48 hours (1-2 days): 50% fee
- Cancel within 24 hours (1 day): 100% fee

- Under 4 years old: not recommended to participate
- Children aged 4-11: need to be accompanied and supervised by an adult throughout the activity
