- Audience members must arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before showtime.
- Please present your e-ticket or physical ticket upon entry.
- No outside food or drinks are allowed into the performance area.
Cancellation Policy
Tickets purchased are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable.
Child Policy
- Children under 1m tall are free when accompanied by an adult and share a seat.
- Children between 1m and 1m4 tall will be charged child ticket prices.
- Children over 1m4 tall will be charged adult ticket prices.
- A maximum of one adult can be accompanied by two free-entry children. For the third free-entry child onwards, additional fares will be charged according to the adult fare policy.
