- 1Move to the check-in counter15mYou move to the meeting point - the ticket counter, hand the code ticket to the staff at the counter for the cable car.
- 2Experience cable car & mountain train30mYou will take the round-trip cable car between Hoang Lien Son Station and Fansipan Station. At Fansipan Station, you will take the train to the top of Fansipan, so you don't have to climb the 600 steps. You are free to explore the top of Fansipan without time limit.
- 3Rest & Lunch2hYou move to Van Sam restaurant for a meal, the lunch buffet serving time is 11:00 - 15:00
- 4End of the journey1hAfter you are free to visit - take pictures, you will board the train down the mountain to Fansipan Station to take the cable car back to the starting point. End of the journey
What You Need to Know
Terms & Conditions
- Age & health condition: Suitable for all ages. Travelers with a history of heart disease, high blood pressure, or fear of heights should consider and assess their health condition before participating.
- Lightweight clothing, keep warm (temperature on mountain tops is often low). Prepare raincoats, umbrellas for the rainy season.
- No special skills or experience required.
- Safety policy & companionship: Cable car operates according to international safety standards. Passengers must follow the instructions of the operating staff at the station and inside the cabin. Children need to be accompanied by an adult throughout the journey.
- Additional notes / special restrictions: Tickets apply according to the height of children, regardless of age. The booked ticket is valid for use within the allowed time frame. Visiting time may be affected by bad weather or operational conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Tickets once booked cannot be refunded or cancelled.
- Only change the date of use if still within the allowed time as regulated by the cable car system.
Child Policy
- Children under 1m: Free ticket.
- Children from 1m - under 1m4: Apply children's ticket prices.
- Children from 1m4 and above: Apply adult ticket price.
