What You Need to Know

- Age: From 3 years old
- Physical condition: Good health, able to ride continuously for many light stages
- Clothing & personal items: Comfortable clothes, sneakers, hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, light jacket. Encouraged to bring personal water.
- Experience: No experience in riding E-bikes required (will be guided).
- Safety & companionship: With a guide throughout the route, well-maintained electric bikes, and full helmets.
- Additional note: Some tourist spots have high stairs like Hang Mua; so prepare light physical strength.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancel before 24 hours: Refund 100%
- Cancel after 24 hours: Non-refundable
Child Policy
- Under 10 years old: 50% adult price
- From 10 years old: If only like an adult
- Children under 2 years old are not encouraged to participate.
- Children sitting with adults: height 80-150 cm, total weight not exceeding 120 kg, with safety belt.
- Children can drive: at least 150 cm tall, aged 12 and above.
