- Age: 9 years and older - Physical condition: Good health; not suitable for people with severe cardiovascular, respiratory, or musculoskeletal conditions. - Clothing & Personal Equipment: Long pants and long-sleeved shirts to avoid insect bites and stings, swimwear, long socks, small backpack, waterproof bag (optional), walking shoes (optional), hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and mosquito repellent. - Experience: No experience required, but good physical fitness is necessary for adventurous activities including ladder climbing, Via Ferrata, zipline, and canyoning. - Safety & Companionship: Guide, safety assistant, and porters will accompany you throughout the trip. - Additional Notes: Each guest is allowed to check in 3kg of luggage with a porter; trekking shoes size 37–43 are available for loan; the trip includes training on single rope techniques, ladder climbing, and Via Ferrata.

- 100% refund: If the customer cancels the service at least 3 days before the tour departure date. - 50% refund: If the customer cancels the service at least 24 hours before the tour departure date. - No refund: If the customer cancels the service within 24 hours of the tour departure date. - Customers may change their service selection: If the customer submits a change request at least 3 days before the tour departure date, subject to the tour's availability.
