The experience of making handmade Quang noodles takes you to visit a traditional noodle factory, where each noodle leaf is hand-dipped on a straw stove - a traditional method closely associated with the life of the people in Quang Nam. Here, you not only observe but also directly participate in some simple steps, enjoy freshly made noodles on the spot, and listen to authentic stories about the traditional noodle-making profession from the owner of the factory.
