- Wear lightweight, comfortable clothing, low-heeled shoes or athletic shoes. A hat and sunscreen are recommended.
- No special skills or experience are required.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the experience.
- Respect the living space and local community culture.
- Do not make noise or litter in residential areas.
- Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

- Cancellation more than 72 hours (3 days) in advance: 100% refund
- Cancellation 48–72 hours (2–3 days) in advance: 30% fee charged
- Cancellation within 24–48 hours (1–2 days) in advance: 100% fee charged
Child Policy
- Children aged 1–4 years: Free
- Children aged 5–11 years: 50% of adult fare
- From 12 years old and above: Adult fare applies
