- This ticket is valid for one visitor to Datanla Waterfall Tourist Area on the day of use. - Children and adults are subject to the height/age regulations of the tourist area at the time of visit. - Visitors must present a valid ticket upon entry. - The entrance ticket does not include any separately charged entertainment or experiential services (if any). - Please comply with safety regulations, environmental protection guidelines, and instructions of the tourist area throughout your visit. - Appropriate clothing and footwear are recommended for comfortable movement within the waterfall area and hiking trails.

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled date will incur a 20% cancellation fee on the order value. - Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled date may not be eligible for a refund. - After a cancellation request is confirmed, the estimated processing time for a refund is approximately 4–5 business days.

Child Policy

Children must be accompanied by an adult who will be responsible for their supervision throughout the tour.
