What makes this experience unique?
This experience focuses on understanding coffee where it is actually grown. You will walk through coffee farms in Đắk Lắk and visit the Western Highlands Agriculture and Forestry Science Institute (WASI) to learn how coffee varieties are researched, selected, and developed. Along the way, you will also see how local farmers care for coffee trees and how places such as Buôn Ma Thuột became one of Vietnam’s most important coffee-growing regions.

The journey takes you to explore the vast coffee garden of the Central Highlands, where the modern technology combined with traditional methods is applied in the planting - caring - harvesting process. You will visit a reputable coffee research center, learn the entire process of producing specialty coffee, from coffee trees to a complete cup of coffee. The trip also offers the opportunity to enjoy pure coffee right at the farm and ends with a deeply cultural meal of the Ede people. This is a sustainable green tourism journey that helps you deeply connect with nature, local life, and the traditional cultural values of the Central Highlands.

Tại đây, bạn sẽ được tham gia vào các hoạt động chăm sóc cà phê theo mùa vụ, tìm hiểu quy trình trồng và thu hoạch cà phê cũng như khám phá các loại cây trồng xen canh và thảo mộc đặc trưng trong nông trại.

Canh tác chủ yếu dựa trên các biện pháp thân thiện với môi trường. Tìm hiểu về kỹ thuật luân canh cây trồng, phòng trừ sâu bệnh sinh học và xen canh để kiểm soát sâu bệnh. Các loại cây trồng khác, khi trồng xen canh với cà phê. Bạn sẽ được tham quan vườn cà phê, tìm hiểu về quy trình tuyển chọn giống, trồng và chăm sóc cây cà phê, tìm hiểu về quy trình thu hoạch, phân loại, chế biến cà phê, nếm và nếm thử cà phê (tùy thời điểm)

- Clothing & Personal Equipment Requirements: Wear modest, comfortable, and suitable outdoor attire. Encouraged to bring sneakers, hats/caps, and personal water.

- Safety policy & companionship: Strictly follow the guidelines from the organizing committee, especially when visiting research areas and farms.
- Additional notes / Special limitations: Outdoor activities lasting several hours; please consider your health condition before registering.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancel 360 hours (15 days) before departure date: 50% fee.
- Cancel within 360 hours (15 days) or no show: 100% fee.
Child Policy
- Under 6 years old: not recommended to participate due to mobility requirements and health conditions.
- From 6-12 years old: must be accompanied by an adult and follow all safety instructions.
