Experience a cooking class at Cam Thanh Hoi An - an exciting journey combining exploring the local market, riding a basket boat in the middle of Cam Thanh coconut forest and preparing traditional Vietnamese cuisine yourself. This is an ideal activity for tourists who love culture, cuisine and experiencing local life.

- 1Welcome & Departure.The guide meets you at the hotel and starts the journey
- 2Explore Hoi An Market.Visit the local market, choose fresh and delicious ingredients, and interact with the locals. The guide instructs on how to use the ingredients for the cooking class.
- 3Experience Basket Boat - Cam Thanh Coconut Village.Continue moving to Cam Thanh by car, then you will have the opportunity to experience traditional boat rides – a bamboo basket boat, you will be attracted by the pristine beauty here
- 4Cooking experience.When you arrive at the restaurant, you will start participating in a cooking class. The chef will guide you on how to cook 5 local dishes (Banana Blossom Salad, Spring Rolls, Vietnamese Pancake, Pho, Braised Fish). After finishing the cooking class, enjoy the finished dishes that you have prepared yourself. Furthermore, the restaurant will also prepare 3 more dishes for your meal: Stir-fried Vegetables with Garlic, steamed rice, and dessert fruit.
- 5Enjoying a meal & Returning to the hotel.Enjoy a meal together, chat together. Then, end the class and the car will take you back to the hotel.

- Age & health: Suitable for people aged 4 and over, in good health to move lightly (visiting the market, getting on and off the basket boat).
- Personal clothing & equipment: Light clothing, comfortable shoes; it is recommended to bring a hat, sunscreen and personal drinking water.
- No cooking experience required - the chef will guide you step by step.

- Please inform us of any food allergies or vegetarian requests, we will adjust the dishes accordingly.
- Activities take place outdoors; in case of bad weather, the schedule may change.
