This experience is a journey "from garden to vegetarian table" in Cu Chi, where each ingredient carries its own story about how it's grown and used in daily life. What you'll get to experience with us
Experience a full day at Cu Chi Clean Vegetable Village: visit the buffalo and cow farming area, fish and shrimp ponds, rice fields, and cool vegetable and mushroom gardens; learn about the medicinal and culinary uses of vegetables and tubers; harvest fresh ingredients in the garden. Next, participate in an in-depth cooking class with 8 vegetarian dishes and 1 dessert, learn the secrets of quick, delicious, and nutritious cooking with the chef. At the end of the session, enjoy the dishes you have prepared and receive a certificate + cooking recipe. A wonderful journey to understand more about ingredients, culture, and the essence of Vietnamese cuisine.

- 208:45 - 11:30 | Visit the farm & Harvest raw materials2h45mYou will be taken around the farm to visit the areas where cattle, fish ponds, rice fields, vegetable gardens, and cool mushroom cultivation are located. During this journey, you will not only learn about the uses of various vegetables in medicine and cuisine, but also harvest ingredients directly from the garden to cook for today.
- 311:30 – 14:30 | Cooking class & Lunch3hJoin a cooking class with 8 vegetarian dishes + 1 dessert. Prepare and enjoy lunch from freshly harvested ingredients.
- 414:30 - 15:30 | Networking & End of the journey1hLet's interact and share together. You will receive a certificate and cooking recipe. End the day with a full experience of agriculture, cuisine, and local culture.

- Age & health condition: Suitable for people aged 11-65. Requires good health, enjoys outdoor activities
- Clothing & Personal Equipment Requirements: Lightweight, comfortable, and easy to get dirty clothes. Low-heeled shoes or sandals, easy to move in
- Skills or experience required: No gardening or cooking skills required.
- Safety policy & companionship: Comply with the guidance of farmers and support team. Some activities may change according to the weather to ensure safety
- Additional notes / special restrictions: The experience may vary depending on the season. Please inform us if you have any food allergies.

- Cancel before 48 hours (2 days): No charge
- Cancel within 24-48 hours (1-2 days): 50% fee
- Cancel within 24 hours (1 day): 100% fee
Child Policy
- Under 4 years old: not recommended to participate
- Children aged 4-11: need to be accompanied and supervised by an adult throughout the activity
