What you'll get to experience with us
A day combining culinary experiences and cultural exploration - history of Ho Chi Minh City. Starting at the Clean Vegetable Village in Cu Chi, visiting a farm, learning about local agricultural models, harvesting ingredients by hand, participating in a cooking class with a chef, preparing and enjoying a lunch rich in Vietnamese flavors. In the afternoon, the journey continues to Cholon and Thien Hau Pagoda - the cultural center of the Chinese community, before exploring the War Remnants Museum, Ba Pagoda, and the City Post Office to learn more about the history, architecture, and lifestyle of old Saigon. A complete day to experience the depth of Vietnamese culture through cuisine, people, and urban spaces.

- 107:30 – 09:00 | Departure & Arrival at Clean Vegetable Village Cu Chi1h30mThe car picks you up at the hotel and departs to the clean vegetable village farm in Cu Chi, where you are welcomed with a refreshing cup of basil tea and prepared for the local agricultural experience journey.
- 209:00 – 10:30 | Visit & Experience the farm1h30mYou receive a basket, pull along with a traditional Vietnamese conical hat to start exploring the farm. During this time, you visit the buffalo and cow breeding area, shrimp and fish farming area, rice fields, vegetable gardens - mushrooms, learn about the uses in medicine and cuisine, and directly harvest ingredients in the garden.
